Privacy Policy

How Opti Cleaner collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App or contact support.

Last updated 10 June 2026 GDPR & CCPA iOS

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Opti Cleaner iOS application (the “App”) or contact us for support. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

01

Who we are

The App is provided by Appikur LLP (ТОО Аппикур), a company registered in Kazakhstan (“we”, “our”, or “us”), acting as the data controller. Full company details are listed in Contact & company below.

For any privacy-related questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].

02

Information we collect

When you use Opti Cleaner, we may collect:

  • Device information — device type, model, and operating system version
  • Usage information — features you use and actions you take within the App
  • Subscription information — status and expiration date of your subscription
  • Contact information — your email address and anything you provide when contacting support
  • Approximate location — general region derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location)
  • Identifiers — device and, where permitted, attribution / advertising identifiers

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or health data.

03

Attribution & App Tracking Transparency

To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, the App may use a mobile attribution identifier. On iOS, before accessing the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

  • If you grant permission, our attribution provider may use the IDFA to attribute app installs to specific campaigns.
  • If you decline, the IDFA is not used, and attribution is performed only through privacy-preserving, aggregated methods (such as Apple's SKAdNetwork).

You can change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

04

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the App's functionality
  • Manage and validate your subscription
  • Communicate with you, including updates, security alerts, and support messages
  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns (attribution)
  • Optimize and improve our services and fix technical issues
  • Provide customer support
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not build advertising profiles about you, show personalized ads inside the App, or sell your personal data.

06

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy, for analytics, crash reporting, attribution, and subscription management:

ServicePurposePrivacy policy
Google FirebaseAnalytics & performance monitoringfirebase.google.com
SentryCrash & error reportingsentry.io
AppsFlyerMarketing attribution analyticsappsflyer.com
ApphudSubscription & purchase managementapphud.com

These services may receive limited technical and usage data, and (for attribution) advertising identifiers, in accordance with their own policies and applicable data protection laws.

07

How we share your data

We may share information with:

  • Third-party service providers that assist us in operating the App and providing our services
  • Apple — if you request a refund for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information regarding your in-app purchase consumption, including app usage time, an anonymized account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks for personalized advertising.

08

Purchases & refunds

Subscriptions and any paid features are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. We use Apphud to manage and validate subscriptions, but we do not collect or store your payment card details — Apple processes all payments.

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. The purchase-related information Apple may share with us in connection with a refund is described in How we share your data.

09

International data transfers

We are based in Kazakhstan, and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States. As a result, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those of your country.

Where data is transferred from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where available, an adequacy decision. You may contact us for more information.

10

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

11

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights:

GDPR — EEA, UK & Switzerland

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

CCPA / CPRA — California

The right to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell your personal information.

To opt out of marketing attribution, decline the iOS ATT prompt and reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings. To exercise any other right, email [email protected].

12

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13

Children's privacy

Opti Cleaner is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

14

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
